The results of phase change and self-purification make the working belt gradually change its own performance, and its high temperature performance is improved. Therefore, high-quality silicon brick can fully meet the needs of increasing the melting temperature and top insulation of the roof, and is the most ideal refractory material for traditional glass kiln tops.

However, with the improvement of glass quality, the improvement of glass production process, the large-scale glass melting kiln, especially the development of all-oxygen combustion process, the concentration of NaOH steam in the kiln has increased greatly, and the erosion rate has been significantly accelerated. Conventional silica bricks can no longer meet the glass industry development needs. Through the research on the damage mechanism of the silica brick with the roof of the glass kiln, it not only has a further understanding of the damage mechanism of the silica brick used in the entire glass kiln, but also provides a basis for the research and development of the low-calcium and high-density silica brick used in the glass kiln, so as to find out the problems in the brick making process., optimize the production process of low-calcium and high-density silica bricks suitable for glass melting kilns, and develop and produce new high-grade silica refractories that meet the urgent needs of my country's glass industry. This problem needs to be solved urgently.
